its fully charged though you think the battery needs to be replaced?

I concer, sounds to lean. Richen it up and then get a hotter glow plug. In my expiriance 9/10 times and engine does run its because of the glow plug. Just get a hotter plug and when you start it up keep the igniter on there for 15 seconds or so the head can get warmed up.
