I'm thinking it might be the Orion WTS battery, which is the size of full size lipo. But shorty battery would make the layout very interesting.

I was thinking that but I looked up the wts battery and a shorty and the 4000 is towards the bottom on the shorty like it is in the picture where it looks at the back of the car.

You mean the adjustable rear toe block that came on the current FS2SP?

don't even know what that series of letters and numbers means as i have no knowledge of the kyosho line of vehicles. if previous iterations of this model had adjustable toe blocks, then hooray for kyosho, but more importantly, hooray for you for knowing this! you're the man!

ESC is definitely down the back side of the car.

Check out the direction of the motor wires. Straight down the back

Unless your club has traction for running stiff touring cars you're better off with the ZX5 IMHO

Well, the Worlds are the last week in September, so hopefully shortly thereafter... I don't remember when the RB6 came out in relation to the 2011 Worlds. Not saying there is any correlation, but just using it as a data point…
