Car looks great in stock form. I don't think any upgrades are must haves, right?

I will use ball diffs for now.. they look well made, at least the rb6 ones I remember was excellent in stock form.

What extra parts (breakable parts) should I be purchasing to carry as spares?

BTW, amain has the zx6 with "free" ProTek R/C 150S Digital Servo ($120 servo) for $570 minus 10%. So right around $520 with that servo shipped to your door.

Pretty nice deal.

Well, i checked Tower during lunch and it said the ZX6 was still on order. Checked after work and it said In Stock, Limited quantity available. Boy i don't think I've every ordered something so fast haha. I can't wait to get the gear diffs to go along with it. I hope they're available in the states soon.

Are people switching the rear kit arms to RB6 arms?

Some are trying it, I like the stock arms or NCG arms if you want the RB6 style.

Let's hope we get more mileage out of these one than the RB6/SC/SCR geared diff..as they wear really quick...

How come you prefer the NCG arms to the RB6 arms? Is it because the mounting location for the shocks are slightly further inboard?

If you have the kit you're fine. If you're trying to piece it together you'll need those. There's velvet coated ones as well but I can't find those either lol

Yeah I do like the shock mounting locations. I also prefer the sway bar mount. The downside is they are more expensive. I like the stock arms better though. I think for 4W you need that rear to be a little flatter through corners.
