Yes mine will be around 1650g with tires/body etc, the SMC speedy is heavy with the aluminuim case but it should still drive nice :-)

Do you think the 3500 pack will provide enough punch throughout a 5min heat vs a 4600 in stock class with a 1650g buggy? Or better off with the extra 65g?

For me it will easily, on our track with 10 minute mains I use around 2200mah, that's why I went this option, it balances nice with that pack, obviously I have the normal shortys aswell but keen to try these out as there a new pack I only got last week.

Cool, I just put an order in for 2 packs. I use about 2000mAh out of my smc4600 packs in my RB6 for a 5min so should be ok. More weight and more losses in the 4wd drive train but we'll see. May even try them in the RB6 to see how a well under weight buggy would perform and test my belief that lighter is better.

Anyone know if rb6 rear arms will work with the zx6? They are listed as an optional part. Will stab bars work with these arms? With th e rb6 stab bar link set? Anyone manage to weigh the zx6 stock arms?

The RB6 arms are what the NCG arms were on the ZX-5, except they dont snap at the metal plate and arent stupid expensive. Oh and you can adjust them back and forth.

Here's my layout for carpet. With Rb6 rear arms and med eyelets.

Kit pistons. 40w oil in front, 27.5 rear. 1705g.

Replacing the 112 screws with Titanium ones could shave off almost 25g I believe.
