I know they have a stated max height and cells pass this to get approved...at ROAR events do they then measure them? As I know many batteries which end up slightly over. 25.1mm! I remember it being a problem at the 2011 worlds!

If its got a sticker its already approved. If not then you cannot run it. No need to check the height. Unless your really badly puffed up.

Yup, they do. They have a go no go guage that the battery is passed through. Sometimes even a thick decal can dq the pack.
