I can't speak for the Allen drivers, as I've never used them, but as far as hop ups go, I don't know how they're still in business. Its all low grade aluminum crap.

Integy hex drivers are by far the best bang for the bucks, sure you can go with something like MIP or Hudy for 4 times the cost and at the end of the day your 005 and 1.5 still breaks. As far their hopups, believe it or not I have zero problem with them and I bash my trucks hard. I would try STRC but no new part from them for like a year already.

Since the thread has already strayed off-topic, anybody have any experience with Integy's carbon fiber parts?

Thats what i been saying and i have some tight plastic on my truck and have yet to brake the tip off or ware the coating off. Not to mention $26.00 for a set of them that comes with Standard and Metric tools with Alum/gold coated shafts. Ive had these tools for a while also.

So Integy does make something good.

I can confirm their hex drivers are probably the best value ever! I've been using the set for 4 years, so far so good.

I have had their hex drivers for 12+ years. Although I didn't use them for 8 years, they still work like new...

+1, it's surprising but I've had mine for 10 years and I only broke my 0,050" tip once, on a seized up CVD. Obviously not top the line though.

Last set I'll ever need. And my kids, and there kids. I honestly believe these will last longer than the metric/standard design currently used in the industry. Something entirely new will get invented for securing components before these need replacing. Lol.

Typical statement from someone who doesn't own Hudy/Eds tools. There is absolutely NO comparing Integy to the top-of-the-line RC tools.

IMO Integy Ti tools are bang for the buck winner compared to Hudy as far as price is concerned. The Hudy's are super high-quality, you can't argue against that - but that comes at a high price. You're talking a big difference that some people don't have the budget for, but they still need a good set of tools that just does the job, like the Integy stuff.

I think most of those are pretty much the same thing, probably just branded stuff. Maybe strc has an extra step of quality control, since they are selling like triple the price.

A clue I had, the aluminum upgrades for Axial EXO, at first I found the unbranded version selling really cheap in chinese ebay, asked where can I get those stuff in US, and got told to go strc (much more expensive though), a few weeks ago I found a integy branded version being sold on ebay, priced similar to the chinese stuff price.

You get the idea then.
