Anyone know what size bearings are in this motor? I tried to contact Trinity but their "contact us" and "tech support" pages are not working.

Edit: Got my answer: 1/8 x 3/8 x 5/32

I run the 13.5 HT version in my buggy. It's a large clay track, lots of large triple and doubles. Runs cool, plenty power and speed.

Does anyone know what the factory installed rotor for the Killshot 17.5 spec with the hi torque stator is? Id like to get a few optional rotors to try but it is very hard to figure out what is already in one.

Going by the chart it looks like I would want a tep 1102,1112,1113 or 1114 for a 2 wd SC

Killshots come with 12.3 broadband rotors, unless stated otherwise.

Thanks for clearing that up. Looking at the chart closer being that I run blinky it makes it appear as if the 12.3 broad rotor is a good fit for the hi torque stator but it really does not specify blinky in Short course etc..

I put a turquoise 12.5 mm high torque rotor in mine. I did notice it was easier for me to land a big table-top at our track with it. It's not the difference between not making it all and clearing the whole thing, but it did make a difference. Plus with the extra torque, it allows me to put a little more gear on it to get some more top speed.

I also put a 12.5mm HT rotor in mine and run it at about 60 deg timing and pretty aggressively geared. My local track is really small and has a lot of tight turns, so this helps me jump out of the corners noticeably quicker. Temp is a non-issue at about 135 deg. I used the stock 12.3mm at Warehouse 3 in AZ at 60 deg timing and came off the track at 148 degrees or so temp wise after each 5 min qualifier and the main. I didn't have the HT rotor when I was there.

JS70, be careful with the 13mm rotor. From what I understand, it's not ROAR legal for spec, even in blinky mode. 12.5mm is the max. I have a 13mm HT in my Revtech motor and that thing is amazingly fast and shoots out of corners like a bat out of hell, especially if you gear it right, but it's not legal.

I have an older revtech with a smoked stator, will the kill shot stator work in the older revtech?

The TEP1113 and TEP 1114 13mm rotors are ROAR legal.

That's only legal for mod. Stock classes are limited to 12.5 mm.
