The plastic motor spacer is from the 2.0. The 3.0 does not include it.

Use the TLR244005 Steering rack set
3.0 comes with this.

We are running the Spektrum S6090 in HV settings on the RX8 for this car. Works great.

What is the lowest MAH that you would use in ebuggy with a 1900kv motor in order to finish a race?

There are many variables that would lead to battery selection.

1 Gearing

2 Total minutes of the race.

3 vehicle weight

4 cooling fans ( if you use them )

I like calling the manufacture's tech support of the ESC & Motor I use (Tekin) to ask them questions like what you're curious about. Let them know which vehicle you're racing with. They seem to like talking about their products.

Here's a link to one of the most popular batteries I see at the 5 different tracks I race at. I've been very happy with this brand.

Okay, so no spacer still and the E 3.0 comes with the TLR244005 so no need to add it. I appreciate the info.

Looking at the setup sheets, when they say "wing forward" does that mean no wing spacers?

Hey guys I just finished my build. I will be running a Tekin Rx8 gen 2 esc and a gen 2 2050 Tekin motor. I am running on a medium sized outdoor track. What's good tooth pinion to start with.

can someone tell me the difference between the 3.0 and 2.0 front gear box housing. I broke mine the other night and my local track only had the 8 and 2.0 front gear box housing. They look the same but they have two different part numbers. Is it just material, different plastic?

Thank you very much. Also, you advised me to drop my pinion a tooth to run cooler on my T8i. It worked, ran 165 degrees all night. Still had more than enough top end on the straight. Thank you.

There is actually a little material removed to provide more clearance around the larger 1.0 style upper tie rods where they attach to the shock tower. A friend pointed this out and said he used a 2.0 gearbox after a tiny bit of dremel work.

So, on A main website 3.0 E3.0 and now T3.0. They all use the same part no., then the original 8ight up to use the 3.0's all use a different one. That's the only one my track had, I put it on and ran all night. I got the correct part no. in the mail yesterday and was looking at the two and didn't see a difference. I'm pretty sure my inner link end weren't touching the housing. I'll look again, thanks for the info.

This might have been asked already, not sure. Will someone here please give me a no bs performance assement between the nitro 3.0 with the e conversion and the 3.0 e buggy. My friend has the nitro converted to ep with the e buggy towers mounted on it and he will sell to me for 300.00 bucks with only two races on it. Is there really a big difference between the two buggies? Thanks guys.

Granted...for the money im gonna buy it anyway, I would just like to hear some of your opinions from those of you that have experience from both.
