I know most of you guys are from the US but in Eastern Europe we use Nvision Lipos, they come from Germany. Don't know about taxes, but if it's possible for you to buy them - they're worth it! Guys that race here have them for 3-4 years without any issues. 6500mAh + 90C - tons of punch and run time. Absolutelly top quality.

Brain Energy lipos are also top quality and a little cheaper, they're 45c and 5200mAh - enough for 12 minutes race. Never had any problems with them, can't even compare with Turnigy, Nano Techs, Venoms or GensAce (had them all).

Yes I am sponsored by them but I can honestly say these are the best batteries I have ever tried. Power is amazing and they have had amazing life out of them. there are many brands to choose from.

Are you looking for indoor our outdoor racing?

I picked up one a few years ago. About two months, I was racing went over a jump and the car just stopped. I got a hold of Venom (Mike I think was his name) told him my story, and they replaced it. No, issues. Replacement worked well for about 6 months, then once again, over a jump, stopped. Took it to my local hobby shop and the resoldered it. No issues for 3 months...again. Gave up on Venom. I don't bad mouth them, just don't buy their stuff.

Love the Tekin stuff and Spectrum

I would suggest CS-Electronics, have been using their batteries for 3 seassons, and still using same packs.
No issues, only got them bit puffed when my motor almost died:
Motor temp was 170 degrees celsius when stopped and whole car almost burned down, but they are still great and internal resistance and balancing is as if they would be new.
Using 2x2S 75/150C 7200. They are also a bit lighter than others.

SMC if you're in the US, super impressed with them over the years

Been running the 6500mAh 60C packs this season so far and kind of wish I would have gone for the 5000s for less weight since I hardly use the pack during a race. You can't beat paying 60USD for a 5000 50c or 70USD for the 6500 60c. They go on back order some but they get them in fast and QC them and ship super fast to your door.

Definately not. Anytime there coming out with a newer version it's because there's issues. From my experience and others at the tracks I frequent the sct pro is the way to go. The footprint is a lot smaller too .

I have opposite experience. Hw150a has never failed and 2 of my sct pro died. I race 2nd season on the same hw150 and never had a single issue with it.

Sct pro is rated 120a, kinda low.

Default Rear end binding

anyone else rear of car stay up when u gently set car on table? I have been thru most possibilities. Gone thru shocks twice. Shafts had slightest wobble, I have ran much worse, I replaced shafts and Pistons. They feel about same as fronts when I rebuilt them. camber links free hinge pins not binding. Arms free when shocks are off. Something is binding. When rear stays up I push it down slightly and I can feel it break free then settle. Any help is appreciated. Doesn't seem to squat In rear on power like old car did. I'm running split Pistons with 32.5 oil.

So I jam everything I can into the Losi 8ight receiver box: airtronics 471rx, transponder, Novak Glitchbuster because I run a Savox Servo, I threw a little foam in there for some protection. It's a tight fit in there with all the wires and connectors, but it works. Ran 5 separate race days with out a problem. Yesterday, I went to switch it on and the RX will not bind with radio.
My question is, has anyone had issues with the wires in the receiver box pressing on the bind button?
