Default Which SC truck for outdoors

Trying to decide which sc truck to buy for the outdoor season coming up next month. Never raced a 4wd but would like to give it a try. I dont like buying cheap and then having to upgrade later. Running a AE 2wd buggy indoors now. What would you guys suggest?

Outside, DEFINATELY 4WD SCT! I would say either the Losi SCTE 2.0 or the Tekno SCT410, both are great trucks!

I own the AE FT kit.

I've seen the Losi 1.0, MIP upgrade and BCE chassis equipped trucks. Raced against all of them. And the new 2.0

And the Tekno.

The 2.0 is the one for now. The Tekno is good too, but seems to take a bit of finesse to get it "right on" compared to the Losi.

The AE is a general turd. I'm a diehard AE guy, have run them for 18 years, but the FT 4x4 just isn't the best thing they've turned out.

+1 on Losi 2.0 or Tekno for outdoor. No doubt about it.

If you are not looking for the "latest and greatest" you may be able to score a good deal on a used SCTE 1.0 with TLR or MIP kit installed for a good price now that the 2.0 is out.
