Reedy sonic 7.5 retarding performance
How much could a reedy sonic be retarded via timing etc? Could it be brought to the levels of a 13.5? It's set from the factory at about 20 degrees advance. I wanna put it in a b4.1 but as is, it's too fast.

I don't know that it would go that far, but turn the timing all the way down, set the EPA or Throttle on your radio to about 60% and go from there. I run a Reedy 8.5 in my B4.1 and it is very, very fast but also controlable. I run 81/22 gearing and the motor never get above 120.
