Hobbywing SCT Pro is pretty bad at this setting. In my case, having LVC set to anything above 3V per cell would shut down in less than 5 minutes. I set it to 2.8V per cell, and now I can do 10-12 min without a problem.

Try that, but make sure you check your battery. If you set it to 2.8V per cell, check your voltage. Try not to go bellow 3.4-3.5V per cell by the time the car shuts down.

Yes with the HW SCT Pro you will need to lower the LVC to 2.6v to get the run time out of your battery. For some reason with the HW ESC alot of us run it with a low LVC setting. Just time ur runs and check how low the battery goes down each time.I can get 13mins from a 7200mah with a HW 4700/13T on a huge track if need to. Gearing can help too. You said 14T on motor. but what motor? HW 4700=12-13T. HW 4000 =14-15T would be a good start. Also, most run lowest punch and lowest timing.

Use to have the same problem with run times. The sct-pro is a good esc but the LVC needs to be set at 2.6-2.8 to get proper run times with these trucks. I am running the same truck motor and esc as you and have had no issues with running LVC at 2.6 if your worried about hurting your battery run an old one with the lower LVC and see if it solves your problems.

Switch to a 13T and you'll be surprised how much more running time you will have.

Default clarifications appreciated

The sugar setup is for sugar tracks or VERY high bite clay.

Use the droop screws in the rear arms to shorten the shocks.

Wider rear end is more stable.

Thanks for the clarification Casper

My track is incredibly tight with medium grip. Just trying to get a setup for this super tight turn turn turn nightmare track.

BTW:Can someone post a setup for carpet. There are none on the petitrc.com web site either.

Thanks again for the quick feedback Casper

Thumbs up

I like 5/7/2 turns better and the back end is more stable

Anyone know of the size of the grub screw for the sway bars? Some how lost mine and can't find a replacement for just the grub screw without buying the whole tuning kit? Suggestions?
