If you set it to sensorless, and remove the sensor wire does it run correctly? If so you have the motor wires hooked up wrong. Make sure your leads are A-A B-B and C-C, then reverse the motor direction in the esc programming if needed.

Somewhere in this thread I saw someone posting that they were using the two hole pistons from the 22 truck instead of the four hole that came with this truck. Could you tell me what the advantage is going this route?. Then I guess I have to ask the usual questions, what springs?, What oil?, And what kind of track would you use this setup on?.

the 2 hole pistons allow for more pack and the set-up is on the first post of this thread for the set-up info...

I wish Ryan would update the name of the thread that says READ FIRST POST for up-to-date info....like the 22sct has so people check that first post and would find the info 90% of the time that they wanted

At what point do you go from 3and 4 pistons to the 2 hole 22 piston setup? What type of track conditions?

This truck has by far been the best handling most durable 4xSC I've owned to date and I've tried them all. It's so easy to drive fast! I can lay down the fastest most consistent laps I've ever run, indoor and out.

Ryan- TLR's SC body is the slickest looking body out but It would be sweet if someone could get them to make the non-precut 4x4 one just a "skosh" thicker

That body is definitely super thin! I run one on my tekno sct and it looks great but is super thin.

We are thickening it up. It was originally supposed to be thicker but the way this one was made, it thins out the plastic too much so we had to go to thicker plastic. It is a running change but we have listened and should be starting to see those shortly.

Unplug the sensor wire and the motor runs fine....???
I had one do the same thing. I think mine was a bad sensor board in the motor. Sent mine back to tekin should know something shortly.

Good news! While you're at it you should mold some big "TLR" letters into it so all those guys running this body on their Tecknos, SC10's and Durangos roll around with some TLR lettering.

So there will be a running change to the bodies to make them thicker? What about dimples for body mounts?

I tried them when they first came out. Didn't really like them. The 2 hole 22 pistons are the best I've tried.

Hay guys
I like playing around with different setups a lot, maybe to much. I was looking at Dakotah's setup from the cactus. I know it was for high bite tracks but do you think it would be good for a moist, clay track? It's usually medium to high bite clay, dirt mix.
