Ive been running the ProTek 100T in my scte and scte 2.0 and love it and 130T's in my truggys and have had no issues at all. A few of my friends have had them in their buggies for a few months with no issues. The 130 is a beast and plenty fast, the 100 could stand to be a bit faster but plenty of torque, also the 130 is HV

Hey guys I just finished building my 2.0 and I noticed binding in my front diff. I took it all apart to inspect and with the case off it wasnt binding. I put it back together and it's binding again. Anyone else have this happen? If so what was the fix?

If the diff is binding it might be that the cross pins are not fully seated. Just ensure that those are seated together. Also make sure the sun gears are fully seated on the drive pins.
If the ring and pinion are binding at one point in the rotation it's suggested that those be "run in" and they will loosen up.

Is the diff binding or is the ring and pinion binding?

Almost done with mine. Just waiting on my rx8 to come off back order. My only bitch with the whole thing is the screws and hardware are way to soft. I was putting the servo in and ended up stripping one of the screws for it. I got three out of four tight enuff so I guess it will be ok until I can figure out how to remove and replace the bad one. I also haven't decided on a set of tires yet so I bought some stock take offs from a 1.0 to run for the time being.
