What conditions do you dive in? Indoor, outdoor, high bite, low bite?

It's an indoor medium bite track. I consider myself an average driver. At times I can run with the top guys ( and they are fast) until I make a mistake, which happens quite a bit. I just couldn't get the truck to do what I wanted so I tried removing them completely. I feel it drives better.

Cool If it works for you. Is the truck tippy at all? We went up in swaybar with the latest setups but we do run on med to high traction most of the time as well.

It doesn't feel tippy to me. I tend to drive into the corners pretty hard. Which I know is overdriving it. That is my biggest problem. I've had a hard time getting the rear end to settle down and hook up. I'm going to drive it this way for a few more races and then put the sway bars back on to see how it changes it.

Hello all!
Was out at OCRC two Fridays ago and realized that even though I was running tires/foams in clay compound, my tires were not as soft and sticky as everybody else. What are people doing in order to get this level of traction? I'm waay off the level of perfomance that these guys have, granted some of it is setup, but alot of it is surely tires, advise? Ryan Dunford was there and helped me get my setup improved!!! Thanks Ryan for the help! But I'm wondering what you guys are doing for tires to get them hooked up...

Whats up with sauce? I've been trying to figure out how to get my truck setup but I'm also interested in getting tires hooked up as ive heard it's the first thing to get dialed in. What do I sauce with? how do I apply it? Does it need to soak in?

Current limiter settings for rx8? I've got a Team orion carbon battery 100c 2s 6000mah. I really dont want to fry it. Any recommendations on how to wire up this monster and set it up with the two battery connections so that I don't roast my electronics? Ideas for settings on the esc with the hotwire for current limiter? I've fried many lesser batteries but my rx8 and 4300hd seem to love to eat batteries... I want this one to last a while.....

What do you mean by two battery connecrions? You mean bullets direct to the battery or something else?

For rx8 setup run 80 on current limiter and timing profile 1 thru 3 depending on track size. 1 on small tracks and 3 on big tracks. 15 or 16 pinion.
