The only thing I haven't replaced electronically is the Servo. And the truck rolss freely with no binding. Any ideas?

I'm running a Reventon Pro 1.1 with 4.5t TrackStar motor. 4pl transmitter with futaba 3 ch receiver. I was running a Novak Ballistic 4.5t with Havok Esc. Thanks.
Turn off the Overheat protection on the ESC, it's a well know issue with some Reventon Pro ESC's, I ran one in a 2wd buggy last year and had exactly the same issue until someone at a local club explained the problem

The batteries I have work fine in my Slash so I don't think it's a battery problem.
The bullet connectors will be your issue. You really need the solid ones for the amps that these things draw.

I had the same issue in my etruggy and it was my servo. I changed motor/esc, sensor wire and lipos. I then bought a new servo for it and to try but just wanted one that was better suited for the truggy and BAM! Problem fixed. I put all the old esc/motor and lipo back in and it was fine.

Thanks for the help guys. I'll try to change out the bullets first. If that doesn't work I'll replace the servo.

egobrkr, do you remember what servo caused this problem with you? After the motor cut did your servo still operate normally? Mine works fine after the low voltage cut.

Thanks.

Plug the program box into the fan port. Just scroll through the list of different things you can set by pressing the item button. When you come to the one for the overheat protection press the value button to turn it off. I've had mine off for well over a year.

I'm pretty sure that all the diffs are the same you just either put the ring gear on or the spur gear for the center diff.
