Yes theres no difference dimension wise. The body post are even in the same location if you do not run the spacers between the tower and body mounts.

Several in our area have went from the scte to the tekno to now back to the 2.0.

Everyone that I've spoke to said the tekno just wouldn't fly like the scte 2.0.

i came from a tekno, and i havent got to race the scte yet.. the thing that scared me away from buying another tekno was how many laps i threw away crashing jumps with the rear end flying . im not really a slow is faster type of driver so having to double when everyone else is trippling really frustrastes me. . maybe im a crappy driver... i dunno. but i wanted to give the losi a try this time. alot have said they cured the nose down flying with new pistons, but i played with springs and fluids so much i cant see that simply fixing it. but thats just my opinion

I ran the mip for 6 months when it came out. Chassis was ok, I didn't like the bypass pistons and tower geometry. Best the truck felt was mip chassis and stock towers and pistons.

Bce is the way to go Imo.

I could NOT get the Tekno to handle well. Also, I had no support or help with setups, I was on an island. Tried a dozen different setups, and none really worked for me. Very frustrating experience.

Now I run with a bunch of guys that run the 2.0 and we all help each other. Running the newer setup that Casper and Ryan run and the truck handles great everywhere. I picked up a second per lap with the 2.0 merely because I can drive it much harder with MUCH more confidence.

You have people all over the place making statements going either way. It's driver preference and usually doesn't mean a thing.

Yes. The body posts moved slightly only due to spacers that were added for clearance for additional shock mounting locations on the front of the body.

Otherwise the cars are the same as far as a body would be concerned.

True. Do they "parachute" on jumps?

I've wanted to drive one, but haven't been able to. Everywhere I run, TLR is the dominant player.
