Yea them Soft City blocks on dry dirt do not last long for some reason and when the middle of the tread on them is gone to much they suck lol. Like it said though on high grip tracks, the wear is not as bad and they grip great when on a moist track !

My rear springs rub the shock body. Is this an issue?

Thats the same issue with the 1.0 also just push the the spring up and turn it and it will fit tighter around the shock coller better. I dont get why there like that though.

Does anyone else feel the top shock caps should not slide back and forth as much on the mount as they do? Or am I missing something there? I have the spaces but they slide forward and back quite a bit.

Default Sadly turned off now

I was super excited to build this kit. I know many ppl had issues with diff screws I took my time and even put black grease on them for easier screwing. I stripped 2 screws and couldn't get them out. Now I have to order both parts and wait to finish bag B. big disappointment.

I honestly had zero issues with the diff screws using these tools- http://www.dynamiterc.com/Products/D...ProdID=DYN2909

Dont waste your money on the stock diff screws just get two bags of the HPI screws .

Na nothing to worry about if anything having the shocks go back and forth on the mounts makes less binding . Now if its excessive over time i would replace the shock mounts .

Cool, figured I'd ask before running the truck. Thanks.

what's a good servo for this truck? ds1015 been out of stock
Also what other screws can be used for diffs? the Hpi ones have been out of stock
Is a 280mm sensor wire long enough?

I was excited myself. Too get this truck. I had the same problem putting the first front diff together. I stripped 1 screw the first time. I bought a whole new diff.

This is what I did with my diffs. I screwed the screws in the diff housing first. Then took them out, before I put the diff together. Then screwed the whole diff together.

It made it easier and you don't have the chance to strip out the screws.

Any servo around 200 oz of torque or greater and .145 or faster you will be in good shape!

For the sensor wire 270-275 is perfect. 280 you will have a little bit of slack.

Try checking ace servos. They are the ones that make the ds1015. It's a few bucks cheaper when u get it from them .

I would not advise that, Older "Ace" were the culprits who were guilty of sucking upwards of 15A under load. Stick with the AE version's.
