Your post is as useless as his.It is a public forum and he has passion for the truck, ya he was venting, get over it!!Your so special cuz you know how to drive and had the 469?????Telling someone You don't know that they need to learn to drive is pretty funny!!!I have been waiting(quietly now) and will wait because I believe in the platform. I Will be mopping up with a 2.0 very soon!!!!! So if you don't have a 2.0, don't post here until you do,then don't cry if You strip a screw or cant get the shock bottoms on .Do I have it right now??? LOL.Sorry had to rant !!!Good luck with your 2.0 and have fun!!!!
Don't ya love passive aggressive posts??

2.0 second race with it, the truck is worth ever penny!! I just need a little more help locking in the back end. I try running the battery all the way back, but it took away some steering ( had to wait on the truck to turn in) moved it back to the middle. I running M2Racing 8 hole pistons all the way around with 35wt all the way around Blue shock up front with stock sway bar, stock sway, silver shock in the rear. Track is medium to high bite smooth clay indoors.
I don't have oversteer, and also running for tires is PL Ions MC all the way around.

With the motor mount off, you can lay the chassis on a sheet of cardboard or such, and mark the holes. There's your template. You can attach it to the bottom of the motor mounts with light glue/goo/tack. Then I reversed the drive shafts and fit the mount onto the chassis at the angles and location I wanted put my finger on the template and then lifted the motor mount off and there were my hole locations.

Oddly enough, the rear mounts were pretty much spot on for the front of the mount - but the offset was a bit off so I had to widen a bit and re-countersink.

I found some old spacers for the rear right mount to fill the void of where the chassis was machined out - everything was good to go. I think the spacer was 2 or 3mm - but something pretty common. I think the spacer was a countesunk washer that was actually from the my 8ight-E. The use those under the motor mounts. I thought that was kinda cool.

Worked great at practice yesterday! Race is today, which I'm heading out to now...

Default Servos

Curious as to what most guys are running for servos on this truck? Also does anyone have the Losi part number for an aluminum servo horn? Thx

Or maybe a new thread on how horizon's new "HCP program" is hurting small businesses.

I see white stress marks on my bumper brace. It's clearly because tlr is terrible and trying to get me to buy more parts! I swear it has nothing to do with my driving... Ha ha ha

Stick a piece of high density foam in the oval part, or a battery spacer, havent snapped one since.
