Are you referring to the two screws that hold the front triangle brace on?

I am sorry that is how you feel you were treated. It shouldnt be like that at all. I did say I am looking into it. I have ordered some parts direct from this latest production run so I will put them together and see what we have going on.

I was under the impression you both were talking about the front diff adn in that case, there are two cap heads and two flat heads that hold the case together.

The rear case has two flat heads and then the two really long button heads that sandwich everything together...

LOSA6240......5-40 X 1/2"....sorry going off memory...the front half of diff case was the part drilled....so now screw goes through the front half with no threading and screws into back half....and now there is no rub...on his....mine didnt rub the case like his although they felt similar....i eventually got mine to seat properly....however I still had what felt like a rough spot on the teeth of the ring gear....casper said he had same issue and that the gear would break in properly....is this true?

Well I drove my truck with the defective shock bottom caps and even though they were not mounted 100% flush they seemed to work just fine ... So I guess the issue is more cosmetic than structural.

Just finished my 2.0 build last night. What a bad @$$ truck.
I have 1 concern, my rear brace does not fit in my diff at all. It seems the casting or mold shifted and the rear of the eyelet bottoms out well before the holes line up. I can shave it down, but wondering if anyone else has had this issue?
