Tower is good at that... i figure that the 169 will be the selling price for both. those are just the different colors they come in, and they just havent updated the prices yet.
you can get them right now from HK on Ebay... i got mine with an Intellect 1200 pack, Ti turnbuckles, and bearings for the wheels (not included) for about 209 shipped, if i remember....
