Is the EB48 the main buggy you're driving now?

INTECH Racing USA is now forming a 2013 Team to drive the new INTECH BR-6 Pro 1/8th Scale Nitro Off-road Buggy Kit and BR-6E 1/8th Scale Electric Buggy. If you have racing skills and would be a good representative for INTECH in your racing area, please email your resume to [email protected] to be considered. Spots are limited as we plan on having just 2-3 drivers in each State, so get your resume in now for the best chance to get on the new Team.

Please include all contact info, including the local tracks and hobby shops you visit, past race results, and your 2013 race schedule.

Any idea what pinion size I should start with? I plan to run a orion R8pro with tekin 1400 kv 6s combo. Being the nitro version has a 16t clutchbell, do I start with a 16t pinion?
My buggy should be here mid next week and want to prepare for the build.

Once you get some runtime on it please post back on here the results. I would really like to know the quality and handling of this buggy. I love trying new vehicles all the time so this would be right up my alley...

I have been racing the BR-6 Nitro buggy for the last 2 months and it is awesome. I TQ'd my first race with it over top drivers such as Billy Easton. The E-buggy is the exact same except different chassis and center diff mount, so it will be good too.

I received my Intech B-6E today. I have it mostly assembled and plan to put in on the track this weekend to test and try and get a setup. It's a nice car! I'm coming from Mugen cars and I honestly can say the car is better on build in most ways. Very nice!

Awesome, I'll try that first. I have some extra pinions if not.

17T with a 1400kv/6S combo should get you geared to about 39mph. That is a good target.

This is assuming my quick count of the spur gear teeth last night was accurate. I counted 42 teeth.
