I have tried to contact hot bodies a couple of times to ask for the stock shock and diff oils and any other set ups and they never email me back.

Does anyone know any set ups or a place to go to get some.

Look for a Kyosho 7.5 set-up, the buggies are very similiar.

the dirt

The set-up it comes with is what Travis Amezcua uses. It's the same set-up he used to win the nationals. He does change shock oils, shock springs and diff oil.
I think he uses the blue kyosho springs on all fours, and then for diffs i think he goes
3000-5000-1000
front-middle-rear
He also uses different tires (but thats a given)
Other than that he runs completely stock.
