so i decided VXL in the slash roller i got and then the x4a or x3a combo for the b44. I can always tune the power with the esc and remote if it's TO much.

plans already changed.... trading the B44 for an RC8 here locally. got an offer and i would be an idiot if i didn't accept it. especially since i want a 1:8 buggy more than this B44.

Don't do a VXL combo. It doesn't have any features and is less capable then the comparably priced Hobbywing.

I already have the VXL though. it was in my drifter that i pulled out.

Get the STRC LCG slash 4x4 chassi. It makes the slash 4x4 a race worthy 4x4. I have the HW 120 amp esc with a CC 3800kv 4 pole and it flies.
