Default BREAK-IN Temp???

breaking in a new os cr-v .12 with a 10er carb, can someone give me some ball park break in temps???

As with any motor, 180-200.

I always try to keep my break in temps around 200 after the first couple of tanks. I always run the first tank at idle and try to get it up around 150 to 170 or so. You need the heat to help the parts of the motor expand and contract together.

Aluminum begins to expand around 180 degrees..if your engine doesn't get that hot during break-in, you're simply wearing out engine parts.
