Yeah I'm just looking for a 4wd that's not a carton of eggs on wheels that I can push and tune so it does what I want it to do. I like working on my cars. But don't want to have half my box filled with front arms hoping I can make it through the day. I understand the physics of a car this weight and speed that if I hit a wall it's gonna break but also don't want to have to drive worried. Drivers fear in the weakness of his machine slows him down. Also don't want to have to rebuild ball diffs every week. Gonna be on a indoor clay track with this. A lot of traction turns and jumps. Think it will work for me?

I havent had to work on it a lot yet but I had to take the rear diff out because I forgot to lock tight one of the screws. I think it's about 4 screws to take the diffs out and only takes a few minutes. Everything else is fairly easy to get to. I even like the fact that they put the knuckle(or whatever you call it) of the turnbuckles on one side so you can adjust camber and toe easily without hitting the shocks or shock tower with the wrench. The build is also a breeze too.

It's not that big of a deal. I bought the xb4'15 and sent in the serial # in to rcamerica. So in the mean time I built the buggy and there plugs that come with the kit that you put in the holes to align everything. All you do is put all zero's except for the very back one on the left(driver's side) +5. And that corrects the miss alignment that people are talking about.

The xb4 is an awesome wheeler . I haven't met a person I've turned them onto that's not impressed. DefinAtely durable too do no worries there. From the build to the track it's impressive. I got to try the center diff with 100k this past weekend . Loved it . Had better on power traction and stayed consistent . Rotated nice too. Just the right mix for our loose to med tracks in the northeast

would most of you guys say this is the easiest w4 wheeler to maintenance out of the pack right now?(b44,d413,losi,kyosho)
#7362
whats breaking on the cars most commonly and when it does can you guys still get it from rc America? or are they always out of stock.

I've owned most of those in your list. In my experience the 22-4 and D413 are not fun to work on. I've seen people wrenching on d413s for quite awhile to fix things that are more easily done on the Xb4. I'd say the Kyosho and B44 are easier to maintain than the HB or 22-4 but dif access still isn't easy especially on the b44. The xray was well thought out in terms of maintenance and repairs when it needs them, the car can take an amazing amount of abuse. It gets my vote for easiest.
