Correct....those are M3 HoleShots for practice.

Rear control tire for the JConcepts indoor series is Green V2 BarCodes......front tires she will be using are either Green BarCodes, Flipouts or DoubleDees......depending on available grip.

She will be racing again tomorrow for round #3 of the series (her first entry in the series in 4WD buggy).

She raced Short Course today with her brand new Tekno (first practice laps yesterday) and qualified #2 for the A-final after 4 qualifying rounds, and ended up #3 total after 3 A-finals

Wonderful photos as always BentKa. Better than many commercial product photos

Today I tried my homemade double FRP towers while running through 6 packs on the track. Might convert all the carbon parts just to see how it would look like dressed in black

Thanks j0pp3

We are running the TeamSR 4 mm towers and I've made an aluminum brace for the rear of the bulkhead and a carbon brace connecting the 4 screws for the tower and 2 screws for the front part of the bulkhead.

It's built like a tank now and can really take a beating

She just loves her XB4

Finally got my buggy setup working good. Was running some of the fastest laps I have turned with it and I had worn out tires. Once I get some new tires on there it should be great.

Do you mind posting your setup?

Thanks,

Speaking of setup Iv'e been toying with a Hudy system. Interesting how far off some things were.
The plastic gauge on the warped waferboard benches at the track compared to the Hudy on my laminate topped 2" thick particle wood bench is , let me say... very different.
I have no excuse other than my XB4 deserves it.
And really, it's hot dang exspendy but compared to needing 6 batteries per class per day per car like we had to back in the day.... it's easy to justify throwing down on some nice equipment that lasts a lifetime.
I did a search but couldn't find a thread specifically Hudy, can anyone point the way ?

Here you go. I think it should feel even better once I get my tires in. Still have a few more changes in mind that I plan on trying next week.

It is now on www.petitrc.com as well. It is much easier to read there.

Worn out holeshots are working better at Mike's than new ones....

Mine are almost passed the worn out stage. Thinking of trying some pink gigabytes in the rear. Might try a different front tire as well.

Did you find when you added more anti-squat that you could get on the throttle a bit harder coming out of 180s?

I was thinking of adding anti-squat and thickening my front shock oil, similar to what you have.

Yeah. I was able to get on power a lot quicker coming out of the corners.

No problem. Let me know how it works for you. I will be trying a few more changes tomorrow. Also have a few other idea but am still waiting on parts to try.
