These 2 barrel-washers which go inside the plastic are ultra-tight on my new '17 when i tight the screws from beneath with the anckerman and the servo is not steering so freely. Is it normal? or shall i trim the inner holes a little?

It should be effortlessly free to move when not connected to the servo. If it's not I would verify you have everything assembled correctly. Remove any and all flashing. If that doesn't fix it. Start filing.

as you can see on the picture above that i posted its those barrel-shims on the plastic that were supposed to move freely but are kinda not. shall i just grease them or something?
And this happens only when i fully tighten the screw. But obviously i cannot run with not fully tightened screws on anckerman.

I wouldn't grease them. I would say that if it happens fully tight that either they were over tightened and deformed either the barrel or the Ackerman plate or the plate is just a hair too thick and getting a bit of a bind. I'd pull it off and scrape/ file it flat again. I can't remember if the plate is aluminum or composite...

I would take a little material off of the steering arms that the barrel slides through so the barrel has a touch of play up and down. Just to verify, you have the T end of the barrel washer above the steering arm and below the Ackerman plate? Ackerman is not rubbing on the upper chassis brace?
