Just guessing, I'd say I've got maybe 6 race days and equally as many practice days on my '14. Now, I have noted the play as well, on the slipper assembly, but decided to leave it be. Tonight while practicing, I blew out the rear bearing and stripped the spur. Granted, I know I've got some miles on it as is, but I do believe I'll be shimming it up from now on.

have shimmed in 0.3mm shim at the bearing that is located on the slipper adjuster side.

movement had minimised alot.. tho i can still add in 0.1mm. additional 0.2mm would sort of tighten it up abit too much..

thus would leave it at 0.3mm as of now and re-shimmed when necessary.

Can you run the xb4 with out the plastic shim under the rear tranny where the rear suspension holders sit? I want to lower my roll center without buying the +2 suspension holders..

We've been running the car without the shim while using the stock suspension holders. You'll have to file down the RR holder a little bit so it doesn't extend below the chassis. This really seemed to lock in the rear without giving up too much steering. If you're eager for more steering after this, push out the shocks on the rear shock tower.

I like the look of the stock one. $10 over priced though.

That DT looks a lot like the 2WD body, albeit with a dorsal fin...
