Anyone know which servo horn that comes with the 2014 kit fits the spectrum 6040 servo? The servo is 23 spline, the kit has horns F, H, K.

Schumacher "Mini Pin" 2.2 yellow front and rear, cut the outside pins of the front tyres if you get too much steering, that you probably will.

those dboots tires can be pretty good too. the medium compound will last longer but have less grip. the softer compound will be really hooked up but wear faster. I think Nanobytes or terabytes are the names.

Drag brake is very much a personal preference kind of thing. With that being said, I am at 5% on my Speed Passion esc.

There was a couple '14's at our track last night and they looked real good. My '13' was hooked in the second heat and mains after I removed the 2mm plastic under gearbox w/stock hangers dremeled, also went lighter in rear shock fluid so the car rebounds evenly F+R when dropped on the bench. The rear always seemed slow w/stock setup. I went w/1.3x3's all around, 3 dots w/AE 40wt.F and 2 dots w/AE 25wt.R, I also turned servo speed down to 75% on my DX3R, What a difference!
After seeing the '14's in person I can see how much narrower the old style rear wheels are. Anyone know if the narrow offset wheels will still be available or are they a running change?

For me it depends on track conditions and perhaps even more so on the actual vehicle. I'm currently running a ball diff Wheeler and I do seem to like to run a little bit of DB, I think I'm at 9% right now.
I run Tekin ESCs, and they have a feature called Push Control which is essentially the opposite of DB, wherein at neutral, it applies a small amount of power. On my 1/8s I tend to run PC instead. I feel if I had an XB4 or another gear diffed Wheeler, I probably would run PC and no DB.
I suspect this is due to the difference in spool down characteristics between a ball vs gear diff.
