Ray said Mike's should have them this week. I'm hoping for Friday so I can have it ready to race on Saturday.

Do you know if Mike's has any left from their pre-orders?

The first batch shipped to distributors last week from Europe

European dealers/distributors are supposed to get them in the next few days......so US wont be long after........next week perhaps

However according to XRAY's statement on Facebook the first shipment is "Limited".

I know the 10 kits my dealer is getting are already pre-sold.

Not sure on the number that Mike's was allowed/max order. Would best to call and talk to Ray or Jason.

This will be my first XRAY kit and I have been looking thru the manual and I am guessing that the kit comes with the 300/450/5,000/10,000cSt?

I will have to get my head around the cSt in comparison to WT when it comes to this.
cSt is more accurate way of measuring oil?

Looking forward to getting this car

Yes, it's actually a measurement, weights are arbitrary and inconsistent between companies.

Possibly. I mean, they're Europeans. They're damn alcohol professionals. Most Americans can't spell professional, much less drink properly.

Looks more like a coffee to me. But then again our beer is quite a bit different from theirs . So could be I suppose. I have no issues with someone drinking beer at the track. But like anything too much of something is never good. As long as a person isn't acting like an ass because they have been drinking I'm cool with it.

On topic though, I've never really been an Xray fan because of the costs. However I'm looking at running 4mod this year and this buggy is so far my #1 pick. It looks good. I hope it performs as good as it looks. Look forward to seeing what the first guys who get them have to say about them.

Buggy looks awesome. Looks like a true scaled down version of a 1/8th buggy (some decent beefy arms and gear diffs). It will be interesting to see how the aluminium backbone composite multi-flex chassis is going to perform.

My partners German and she thinks that drink is a Latte Machiatto, a very popular drink in Europe always served in a glass, steamed froth milk/half shot coffee very weak .

I doubt EFRA would allow alcohol at race meets, Iím sure itís in their rules. Photo might be from the 2012 Czech 1:10 Off-road National Championship which Martin Bayer won with the XB4 last November (by 2 laps), with their awesome body paint jobs of 'all white'.

Might have to get onto a backorder list with someone for an XB4 now, as Iím assuming first batch will get sold out.

On page 37 of the manual they list "soft", "medium" and "stiff" options for the "Multiflex" feature, and they indicate which holes are used for the adjustment, but they do not list which holes correspond to which adjustment.

Or am I reading it wrong?

It just simply says, more screw = less flex and less screws = more flex. So no, you aren't really reading it wrong. On Xray's website though, they show a few pictures of what they are referring to as soft, medium, and stiff. http://www.teamxray.com/xb4/ scroll down to where it talks about the multi-flex chassis.

I know the nitro XB9 buggy manual shows what screws to use for chassis flex setting (page 40), but the XB4 manual doesnít show it, as Odin544 said it just explains it.

But it does say on page 22 in the xb4 manual to refer to flex settings in the ĎSetup Bookí (also diff & shock settings) which I assume is not available yet for download. So I assume there is going to be a 1/10 off-road set-up tuning book coming out, cool.
