Got the win last night with fast lap of the day. I also found out the Futuba servo is what was causing the steering issues. With the jr servo it was fine all night and never needed the trim adjusted.

While running an r10 pro and a 6.5 do we really need to run the fan?

Has anyone tried the avid pistons? What is the hot piston/ oil ticket these days?

I'm running 2x1.4 front with ae 40 and 6x1.2 with ae 32.5 and it just doesn't feel right. This is on medium bite clay indoor.

I tried, failed. They are too thick.

Default Alternate Body

After trying a few brand's existing bodies on my XB4 I finally found one thats not a Cab-Forward and fits pretty well:

It's a little wider than stock so it doesn't hug the chassis like I would like but I may build myself an under tray that mates with it..

Sorry about the glare off the wheels, I'm product testing reflective vinyl for wheel dots right now

This is a Yokomo B-Max4, part number BM-101 for those interested.

Avid made some to test and they worked very very well this weekend at our local track for a bigger race we had. I am not sure when they will goo forward with production but it was the best my car has been.

I would be interested in getting some of that tape . I race outdoors at night and that would be really nice in some areas of our track

They sent me 3 pair of 4 hole pistons. They were 2x1.4/1.1, 2x1.5/1.1, 2x1.6/1.1. I used 2x1.5/1.1 front and 2x1.6/1.1 rear with 35 front oil and 30 rear oil.

They also took a lot of the blow-by out of the shock. The stock piston has about .2mm of blow by. I think it is one reason that the shocks dont feel that much different when going up 5wt oil with the same piston in it. Most other shocks dont have much blow by in them.
