Default What is the different between Orion Vortex R10 Pro with 160A and 90A?

Can anyone explain to me the different between Orion Vortex R10 Pro with 160A and 90A?

If I'm running this battery: http://www.amainhobbies.com/product_...es-74V-5500mAh

Can I use the 90A or I must use the 160A? What is the benefit of using the 160A against the 90A?

Thanks guys.

The current rating. What will you be running it in?

The higher current rating is better for mod motors, and 4WD platforms.

Thanks bro, Planning to run them on RB6 and Lazer ZX-5. RB6 is 2WD while the ZX is 4WD.

So if I'm using the Voltex VST mod version I should use the 160A? and not the 90A right?

power handling. the main difference is probably FET's. Which is basically power handling.
I would guess it is similar to the Viper VTX10 and VTX10-R. both have similar ratings except the vtx10 has 24 FET's and down to like 6.5 turn 540 motors and the vxt10-R has 48 FET's and can handle down to 2.5 turn 540's and 4.5 turn 550's.

i would say you'd be fine with the 90 amp would be fine for 2wd and the 160 amp would probably better suite the 4wd.
