TEKIN RS Top speed problem
I've got an issue with a new Tekin RS ESC.
It's in a DEX210 with 13.5T LRP motor, FDR of 9.5:1, running on a small tight indoor carpet track.
The car just never seems to get up to speed. It only gets about 2/3rd power tops. There's plenty of room for it to get up to speed, but it just doesn't want to get there. Nothing I've done with the Hotwire seems to change this.
ALSO, every second or third time the car is turned on, I have to go through the high, neutral, low calibration procedure again.
any help would be greatly appreciated.

You're doing something wrong. IF you have to continually calibrate the radio/esc then I'd wager your radio is having an issue.
When you pull full throttle do all the led's ramp up and flash? If not you're not reaching full throttle on the esc.
