Default SCT Wheel offset comparison

I have been looking for some wheels similar in offset to the +3mm Hazards. When speaking with a few people selling some SCT tires I want, they comment that for example slash fronts are the same offset as the +3mm hazards, or the rear are, etc.

Does anyone know for sure how much of an offset difference there is between say slash fronts, rears, etc in comparison to hazards?
