Hello everyone in kyosho land....I'm planing to get one of these rb6 cars in a few weeks. I have read through much of the thread, all very good information. Was the "durability issue" the thin rear chassis under the gearbox, and has that now been mended? I plan to run this car in RM configuration, as I don't want to shell out money right away for a new set of springs unless I have to, and it seems the stock springs are more RM friendly. I will probably put a 17.5 in to start, then go to a mod motor later.

Any tips to share with me? Anything that has to be done?

The first posting on page 1 has a ton of information.

Durability is great - only things I've broke happened at high rates of speed into very solid objects. I believe the thin part at the rear has been resolved, issues w/ the initial production kits.

I too run RM. I started RM, switched to MM, now back at RM. Very versatile car... Can't say enough good things about it. Oh, and welcome to the Red Army...

I do not think so, if it does should have quite a play, it has different inside square hole, but for sure works with AE slip disk.

Ciao,

No but you can convert to either of the B4 style ones with it.

I to am running whites on all corners in mm, that's on a hard pack blue groove dirt track, I'll probably switch to gold rears when I try it indoor on the clay
