Make sure to use beefer Rf2 or you'll be changing it out again mine broke not even hitting anything, for the rear I use the RB5 one in box as that's what a team Kyosho driver showed me to do along with no shim under the blocks
I am trying a setup that calls for "Narrow blocks in rear hinge pins"
I started going through my car and parts bag. I'm totally confused because I have 2 blocks marked RF2. I assume the less beefy one is from the RB5...
Do I use the RF block and the narrow rear rear part? The narrow rear rear block is also less beefy and on the diagram it is greyed out indicating its not for this kit???
Someone please explain and maybe even tell me which parts in the diagram I should use.
Thx

Looking at replacing my RSXResponse (65.6g) with a RSXone 10 (51.0g), so that i can use the Response in a touring car.
Is the RSXone 10 a good choice?

Thanks Guys.
I will use the RF block, and the narrower rear block in the bag. This part is not labelled with a part# in the RB6 manual. I guess this is what you are calling the RB5 RR part?

ok still thinking about the rb6 and the b4. Biggest reason Im still thinking is I dont believe my local track carries kyosho parts but carries tons of associated parts. Thats the reason I keep asking about durablity, meaning I will have to order every thing basically online.

Durability is really a none issue. Even if you have parts at your LHS should still have a few basic parts on hand, do that but still won't need them.
I don't know if any shop with in 100mi that carries a kyo part or car. And there are more RB5/6s than Losi's which our lhs has plenty of stock for.

Front bearing carrier (my fault - pipe hanger on front straight)
Rear hinge pin holder, RF2 (my fault - pipe hanger on front straight)
Rear hub (as* clown wiped me out on front straight)
I own Kyosho for 1/8 nitro bug and trug + the RB6. I have a ton of parts that I fortunately/unfortunately have stocked up...

I have an r10 which is similar in size not an issue.
Go to petit rc and you'll see a ton of different installs.

If you plan on jamming it underneath the bulkhead in RM, you'll need to remove the caps. Unless it's a BE.
I removed mine (vtx10, black caps) and put one of those narrow 4X cap sets from HW on, stuck it on the chassis between the battery and the plastic sideguard. Unfortunately I'm on holiday and don't have a pic for you. Black caps version will only fit partially under. I ran it like that for a few months, no issues, changed it anyway. Silver caps should fit further underneath, but not fully.
I haven't broken anything on my buggy yet. Cleaned someone up as they drove onto the middle of the straight from the side, no breakages. Done a few cartwheels, haven't broken the rear hubs yet. Still haven't broken the steering plate like everyone else seems to have done...

*If* you have issues with breaking the rack snag the Exotek alum. version. They make the bellcranks as well. I haven't seen many racks break in my area though.
