what is the smallest KYO spur i can buy, or what is the recommended gearing for 17.5 non-boosted?

thank you
Kimbrough 69 tooth spur, AE pads and 31 tooth pinion to start. Im running comfortably with the Kevlar Losi 70 tooth spur and 33 tooth pinion, motor doesn't get past 120 degrees ever. And its fast

I built a triad slipper for my brothers b4 and I can tell you this. It is super simple to get a perfect amount of slip, much less work then setting the stock slipper on his B4.

I have 3 spare diffs ready to go. One of the benefits to running all Kyosho cars, If I need to swap a diff it's quick and easy.

The avid slipper will be the way to go. Was told that the current slipper design is locked 90% of the time and only actually slips on the face of jumps. I have one on my b4.1 and you can definitely tell a difference from the stock dual disk setup.

Here are pics of my setup. I run futaba RXes, so I looped the antenna over between 2 of the antenna placement holes. Had to mount it on top of the battery as the RS pro that is in there has a relatively short wire and I'm going to be experimenting with batteries and placement anyway... Has CF strap and .5 rear carriers due running outdoors. Will have the japan base setup by friday night!

???

You only need 4 on the buggy.

If you buy a pack you get 8. Two complete sets.

Buying spares is different to what is included in the kit.

I think you need to go to sleep

So do you think that 3.5 toe is necessary for outdoors?

Sorry for the interruption, I can't let this one go

I probably shouldn't ask this: are your front inner ball studs on the outside hole? I have them in the middle. Caster inserts per manual (0 deg). And I did not get the left and right mixed up

When you say it's dead middle on the hudy, I believe you, as it was with my rb5. Set up per manual, never had to touch them until the ball cups wore out. I don't run front toe-out. If all else fails I'll go with what's worked for me: whatever works. Thanks,
