Many of these parts came out when the truck was released so it's been a running change for awhile. The only newer part are the arms.
Thanks for the info. On another note, let Campos know he still sucks the next time you see 'em.

With my latest, old part numbered kit, I only had to purchase new arms and springs to get it up to the new spec. I don't use the new inside hole on the arm myself and the springs at 20 bucks a pop would still be cheaper than selling the kit and losing money. Just a thought.

I looked at my kit. I was given the original kit but Kyosho America packed the springs arms and wings as the updated parts. The rest was part of the original kit already.

So basically

Rear Arms
Gold rear springs
Step 3.0 wing

The rest is a running change.

I dont mind the springs, arms, and the wing; those are things I'd probably change/break anyways I have a set of BB Avid springs I can play with (along with many others I've collected over the years) to get an idea of where I need to be. Like I said, it was really a matter of principle for me.

Is this the original or updated chassis?

Well finished building my stock car. Dont remember my other RB6 taking 7 hours to build but this one did. Probably do to milling the chassis off the bat as well as 3 gear and also drilled my own holes to relocate the battery posts.

Also maybe its just my reedy motor, but anybody have clearance issues for the soldering tabs running a 3 gear. I grinded the waterfall down alot so the motor could slide all the way forward but its still tight

My 24K was tight but its vertical tabs left enough room to get it wired without any grinding.

The Sonics are a pain when it comes to wiring in this car.
