Yes, I do. They are great on our bumpy track. Some guys run open cell foams here for more control.

I think open cell in the front is much safer bet at my local track. Silly question- the guys using open cell in 2.4 fronts- where can the foams be sourced?

I read a couple of post regarding 3 gear tranny, does anyone have a definitive way of making one? I just purchased an RB6 and wanted to consider all my options.

thanks in advance...

Not sure what you mean by "definitive" way of making them, buts rather easy. Here is a step by step on it

Just about everybody is running AKA 3 rib fronts at the outdoor dirt track. Perhaps I simply don't have enough weight over the front wheels outside of braking so I'll try moving the battery forward a bit.

Any tips on making ribbed fronts work would be awesome.

Hey All, Just finished building up my new 2015 RB6 and I'm curious about the travel length on the front shocks. The Manual says it should be aprox 20mm and if I set it to that length I have to unscrew the shock ends just a few threads. Is this normal? It looks like a few threads are showing in the manual as well. Thanks in advance!

Do u guys have the right shock end on. Short, medium, long. You should not have to unscrew the cap.

Fastback hoodscoop mod.
Little RS2 gets pretty warm after a 10 minute main.
My son and I share the car and last week we ran back to back 10 minute mains in +90 heat.
A testament to Tekin. It was hot but performed perfectly.
The other reason for the fastback hoodscoop mod is the dang body was sitting right on the SC and I like the SC right where it's at.

this is completely normal. 20mm is a good starting point and yes a few threads will show.

This little tool makes cutting the plastic parts off the trees a breeze! These are pretty dang sharp and make a real clean cut. Just thought I'd share.

I am going to do an oPAULo mod on my body for next week. Nice...

My 17.5 results are very encouraging after last night, subtle changes have worked out well. The next steps will drop more weight. I will need to add some to get back to 1499g, where is added weight working best for you 17.5 racers?
