so I ordered the aluminum steering rack and rear aluminum blocks for my rb6, but only put the rack and blocks in the cart, not the cranks too (the bearing pieces) I didn't check and now I only have the rack and blocks coming. Should I go back and also order the cranks too?

Yup. It's better geometry as the bracket takes the guessing game out if it and it's inline with the 2 hole side to make the droop the same. I run long or medium. Doesn't seem to matter.

False, it is not to stand up the shocks (although that is a byproduct of moving the shocks in on he arm). The point of moving the shocks in on the arm is to change the amount of leverage the arm has over the shock. Physics 101.

Hi Guys,

Almost finished building my mid motor and had a quick question.

After being totally confused by the pro squat discussion earlier on in the thread, I've decided to plagerise the Zach Rogers and Kevin King's most recent on Petit RC and play around between the two as we tend to have medium bite here on our local tracks.

Looking at the manual and my alloy sus hangers, I've placed a 0.5mm spacer under the rear hanger. Do I need to put the spacer above it too, under the rear bulkhead?

Can someone give me an idiots guide on what I'm supposed to do here?

Cheers

Yes u have to add the .5 mm shim up top as well. The shims always have to equal 1mm. So if don't have one on the bottom then use the 1mm on top.

A little late trying the Zach Rogers setup, but I just got some rear 705/707 hangers and a few other goodies to give the RB6 another chance. Have a couple of questions about some missing information on the sheet (or maybe I looked right over it). Is it hole 1 or 2 on front arms? What inserts in the umw705/707 rear hangers, D-in/D-in? Lastly, antisquat is 0mm under front and 1mm under rear hanger, correct?

Thanks guys, I've gathered you really have to follow the sheet to the T for it to work well.

I believe Zach uses c in c in on both hangers, it doesn't matter which side of the arm u use, u have to drill 17.8 from sway bar hole. And yes if his setup sheet states 1mm then u put the 1mm shim under rear hanger and nothing under front
