In my personal experience it was way easier to setup and easier to drive rear motor, but after taking the time to get the setup dialed for Mid motor my lap times are faster and more consistent. This is on high bite outdoor hard pack, will be working on getting it dialed on clay soon.

Kraig I don't think I be breaking the steering rack anytime soon. But who knows right it might just break. Is there any advantage over the stock plastic part compared to the alu ones?

How's the durability (or lack of!) of the lightweight body? Mine comes at 22g, saving 14g over the regular. Wondering if I should save it for race day!

Mine got tested on Saturday...got taken out coming onto straightaway....my car on its lid in middle of straightaway, car didnt see it and it didnt get announced....car blasted mine and my body flew off, body is fine but it got hit HARD.....I will be using body clips from now on, after that test, Id say the LW blade body is pretty durable.

Hey guys, I have the KO Propo one10, rx411, Eurus combo in my rb6. Recently I noticed that after pulling the steering to either left/right and release, the servo would shake repeatedly from side to side at the center position; at times not stop until I input some steering.

Anybody experience similar and have any ideas on what I should do? Appreciate your help.

I am using the puck system, it adds a lot of pop to the car.

You are the proud owner of the famous "Servo Death Wobble!" Does this mean your servo is junk, no. It means there is something internally worn, usually the gears or the top case, and it cant find center so it is hunting. I bet it goes away if you set the car on the ground too.

On another note, I am looking to get one of these bad boys and just need a little feed back.

1. What if any upgrades/ trick parts do you absolutely need to be competitive?
2. What needs to be replaced often and/or keep spares of?
3.How is part support?
4. How does it compare to the B4.2 as far as driving style.
5. Ease of maintenance. Do you have to rebuild the shocks, diff or others every week?

Thanks mate not so sure I'm proud about it!

FWIW:

1. Not absolutely necessary, and most I carried over from the RB5:
- alum finned motor plate
- alum rear suspension holders. New ones have adjustable inserts
- alum rear hubs
- alum steering arms and cranks
- WC slipper set
- newer high-strength front hinge pin holder
- Lunsford ball studs
- Exotek rear bulkhead (for RM and more clearance for ESC wires)
- 521-1 arms, optional
- 4x1.3 pistons, optional

2. if you upgrade all the above, nothing really I keep a hammer to straighten out the front hinge pin holder. The stock wing mounts can deform if you land on your lid too often.

3. ChampRC. Fast, cheap, courteous.

4. no AE to compare

5. None of what you mentioned on weekly basis.

Cheers,

In my experience this isn't the death wobble. Ko servos will do this if you have too much EPA input. I don't normally post on threads, but I wanted to help. Re check your EPA. That should fix the issue.
