are kyosho ball studs really weak or is it just me? I came off the track today because I broke a ball stud off in a kyosho aluminum rear hub. (gonna have fun getting that out). I also noticed that 2 more ball studs were bent. is there a stronger option out there? I'm running on carpet were wrecks are little more painful then on dirt. thanks guys.

I would get the aluminum steering rack first. Then the adjustable rear hub hangers because they are more adjustable than just the hubs. You could swap these two options. Then I would get the hubs.

I haven't really had a big problem with them. Just always run a plastic shim on the aluminum Huns and never use thread lock. Just make sure there always tight and you shouldn't have that many problems.

It's a common break. Someone will always say "I ran mine for months", but many break the stock plastic steering horn, rear plastic suspension hangers, and stock rear hubs.

Outside of that, it's golden (maybe golden-red).

I ran my car this weekend with a lw chassis and puck system. The car was the best it has ever been. People with rm was struggling with traction and my mm had a ton of traction. I qualified 4 the and finished second in stock and the car was on rails all day.

Yes and no. It depends on what type of material your track consists of, specifically borders. In addition your driving style and who you are out on the track with could affect it too. If you are the type that hammers the throttle when your car is out of control and bounce off the pipes or like to pick on vehicles bigger than you your experience in breaking parts will go up.
