Per NeoBuggy, Tessman is running new HPI/HB shocks for the D413 on his RB6, with PL caps. Not sure if PL had a hand in developing the new shocks or if Ty is just using the caps for a specific reason.

PL has some new shocks for the sc truck but the caps are totally different.. Maybe they did make them specific for ty's car?

The 1.3 seemed a bit too much for our track, and didn't feel as good as no bar on our twisty slow layout. 1.2 vs none is really going to come down to lap times. You can definitely hammer down better with it, and the car feels like a good 4wd but it loses a little in terms of the ability to really tip toe through some sections. On a high traction track, the 1.2 or 1.3 is the ticket, or at least something I would try.

I had 12mm of exposed bar after each endlink, hooked on the ball in the flat arms, custom "short" ball ends shaved a bit so they would go slightly closer together to live under the camber link.

Oh, and I could run more droop with the bars, both front and rear. Rear more than front, but honestly, it felt better with less droop, but it at least worked right with the bars on, unlike being an undrivable mess.
Does moving the end links in like you did make the bars feel harder than normal? Maybe a 1.2 feels like a 1.4 or something? I was considering doing the same thing but wasn't sure.

Pretty much. Full size cars do swaybar tuning this way--they change endlink position before bar thickness.

I'm looking at my RB6 and Eurus... and there's no more excuses lol

It's also cool to see the car ran almost entirely Kyosho. No 3rd party carbon fiber, bodies, wings, bulkheads. Rims appear to be AKA.

Good photos of tebo's car, you can see most of his setup except shock oil/pistons. Note the caster block moved back in the arm.
