There's no new kit coming out. Kyosho of America just got a bunch in.

I wonder what this will go for, as long as the shocks don't leak, looks like it should be good, wonder if it has a gear diff.

I dont know why they went with a black chassis. Cheaper anodizing? Its sensorless and has plastic shocks. Its kinda weak as rtr cars go.

Being a Kyosho rb6 they could have put a brushed motor in it and it would still be the best rtr buggy on the market.

Seems odd that what is arguably the most advanced platform and the most expensive is coming out as an rtr. $$ ??

I was half expecting a plastic chassis, so the black alum one just confused me. I have never used plastic shocks maybe they are good... Orion does not make a budget sensored esc, so I am sure that why that esc/motor was chosen. $599 rtr kit?

For those running mid motor with a shorts (sideways) how are you installing the battery?

Very interested on the RTR and from the info I got it will retail around 100$ less than kit and will be available around xmas. I plan to get one.

No worries bro! Most important thing is you have one and are racing! We have a ton of parts for them too, including some of the hard to find stuff like the 521-1 Rear Arms. Feel free to contact us if you are looking for anything, as only a fraction of our inventory is on our website. (Building a new site - outgrew our current one)

Is any modification needed or is it a drop in?

Looks like Hara taped the shorty in.
