You need to gently nip the nut up untill the play is gone, this will expand the insert to the required size and it will be fine from then on.

I did notice the front caster blocks fit fairly tight in the front arms with the new insert/bushing, so I sanded the inside of the arms a little bit to free them up. Other than that, I haven't had to do anything out of the ordinary. My kit didn't seem to have the slipper spacers for the spring in it either...? But I noticed from the manual the one that sits on the outside slipper disc looked very small compared to the older one. I never had an issue with the RB5 slipper, so I just used that with vented discs in this build. The larger diameter spring plate makes more sense to me as it would distribute the load more evenly across the slipper disc. Looking forward to running it this weekend!
The spring spacers are different than the RB5. In the RB6 kit, there are one of the plasctic trees. The mnaul shows it on the same plastic tree as the plasctic bushings... They are plastic part #69...

Looks like infernosonly has them in stock. Can't wait to get this. It'll be my first season (in like 20 years) racing 1/10 2wd buggy - might as well have the best...

Silly question, are there wheels included? I ask b/c the 22 had two sets included. Thanks.

Plan on getting this car middle of next month. Hopefully parts will be plenty, and will be good enough with steering that I can get rid of my B4.1. Eagerly awaiting updates from local racers who run at OC/RC and WCRC for setups and their initial response to the car. Then it's off to find a good used SC-R.
