Sounds more like you have a tire and/or insert issue. Or perhaps a serious setup problem, like something is bound up. Usually when I see newer guys at my track "spinning out"... they are either on brand new tires that aren't broken in yet, inserts that are way too firm, or they have their rear tires on backwards.

Hi, I run mid motor and i am using both rear suspension holder as well as the rear upper bulkhead. Very happy with the quality and fitting.

Ciao.

Tires are hooking up and inserts are fine. They are rolling forward not backwards. I may have to check to see of somthing is binding. Thanks

Sounds like a roll center issue. Check this thread for more info: Understanding and Tuning Roll Center

Yes, they have very good quality products, and if you entered in the contest you could have a chance to win the part combo.

What is you front camber link set at as well as caster. If the car is hooking out of the corners you may just have to much exit steering. Try shorter camber links or adding some caster. It will give you more entry steering and hopefully keep it for hooking on exit.

So what does the Rb-5 arm on the rear of this car do better than the RB-6 arm?

What characteristics does it change? Definitely looks like it takes rear droop away and makes it flatter. Which would take away rear traction and make car rotate more

I'd also add that in MM config, I prefer the kit arms to the 521-1 arms when the grip is lower. I liked the 521-1's at OCRC and West Coast. But that's just me, YMMV.
Have you run this car at IERC yet in mid motor?

Awesome. Just pre-ordered mine.

Hopefully I can get it before the Shootout next month at HRH. I'm assuming we can just use the stock bearings?

Looks like we'll be able to use 5x10, 5x11, and 5x13 bearing combos of some sort?

Yes, about 10 days ago. It seemed pretty loose there that night but it was my first time there. I probably didn't quite have the right tires and/or enough time to break in the right tires so I ended up dialing out steering until it was manageable. Maybe should have taken the 7.5 out and put in a 9.5, as well. It's probably the only indoor track I've ever run where I thought rear motor might be better suited, but they were running it unusually dry according to the locals in preparation for the Top Notch build that's going on today.

What's the difference between the V2 hubs compared to the V1? Just curious as I bought one that came with a brand new set of V1 installed

Thanks for the info. I am a local there and have run a B4 for the past 3 months. Just got an RB6, bought just to run mid motor. Finished it saturday at 330, threw it out on track with no practice and it was so loose that I ended up missing Q2 cause I converted it back to rear and bumped from the c to a with no real changes

Car has lots of potential
