I never said you can't run the car box stock either, more power to you

Ok you don't NEED the +13. Guys at my local track are running the stock chassis and they're the fastest guys around. The front tower gets dremeled bc guys with the WC use the older shock tower so it needs to be dremeled. If you use the tower that comes with the kit, it does not. And are you seriously going to argue over the body? A few locals run the stock body and are quick. The bulldog does have better downforce tho. I would say 95% of people change the body, no matter what car it is. Body change is irrelevant. The b4.1 wc even comes with a bulldog now. I happen to run the finnisher.

It's the same as any other car. When I had the 22 I added about $60 worth of hop ups before it felt decent. My rb5wc... $4 shock tower. Ran the stock body for a month and STILL felt better than my 22.

According to the manuals, the alu. Rear hubs listed on the optional parts page are carried over from the rB5.

Wondering the same, why not just include the aluminum's with it... or will there be a rb6 WC in early January with alum goodies?

Most guys at OC/RC that run Kyosho (all two of them) are running the stock chassis and find it just fine for stock, One guy TQ'd and I assume won with his stock RB5 SP2 WC (didnt stay around for mains since I got taken out by a sandbagger Losi driver running stock class and broke a carbon front arm which the shop didnt have in stock.

Any of you guys that have actually seen the rb6 be able to tell how much room there would be for the esc in the space provided and under the shell as it looks really low in that area. I use a HW xtreme stock with fan but not sure it will fit in (looking to run mid motor btw)

Im not sure anybody has gotten a nice in person look at the RB6 built in mid motor. I got to fondle Tebo's car at nats, and there appeared to be a lot of room for a standard size esc, but it was of course built in RM. You would need to take a close look at the pictures.

You likely wont need to run the esc fan in 2wd, by the way.

Thanks for the quick reply, looking at the manual the esc looks to be in a similar position in both configurations so it might be ok. Oh and I need the fan as I race indoors on carpet with a lot of boost!!

I race indoors on very high traction clay... and for a while I was running a 7.5... no fan needed on my speed passion or LRP esc. Considering the battery strap goes OVER the ESC... i don't think you will be able to run a fan. But, that's just speculation. I don't drive the car yet.

Saddle packs or stick, which type would you think works best in the RB6? Maybe it's hard to guess before anyone has had a chance to drive the car, but feel free to share your opinion anyway I know both types will fit in the RB6 (in both configurations as far as I can tell), but I'm more interested in difference in handling, flexibility, etc, if it's possible to say something about that.

the general opinion on the rb5 seemed to be stick but with the rb6 having the lower cg alu chassis that could change. as you said, can't tell for now.

Yes, I've been told I will receive mine on September 14th, possibly a day or two earlier.
