37.5 Front, 32.5 Rear associated oils.

When they don't have the heat on I may go down 2.5wt F/R

Default Setup Questions

Hey everyone, first time poster, long time listener! :-p

I've so far raced my RB6 just once and the main problem I am having is that I loose my backend coming out of corners. Even the slightest bit of power (and I don't have much power at all) and I can easily loose it. I was wondering if any of you have any suggested setup changes I should try?

To see what the track looks like: (lots of 180 degree turns)
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IlsVwnF-I5w

My current setup is here:
https://dl.dropbox.com/u/2297523/Doc...01-31%20PM.pdf

Also, I have a couple other basic questions if you don't mind:

1) What are the default shock springs (front and back) the kit comes with?
2) What spacer in the front do you recommend I start with? I think I'm currently using 0.5. I think. (Car is in another city.)

I really appreciate any help. Thanks!

There is a possibility I am not. From what I've seen and heard is the fat cats are using a combination of Bar Codes and Bro Codes. At least in 4wd buggy.

Do you have any other suggestions for tires? I will pick up some different tires to test but I was wondering if I should also make any changes?

Is there a default setup everyone is starting with that I should consider starting with?

Tires would be the first change. Something like HB Beams or JC Barcodes. Rebars really feel alot better as they wear although they never really have the side bite of the other tires listed.

I would also stand up front shock to it's original position stiffen your oils up 2.5-5wt all the way around shorten your wheelbase and try gold rear springs, maybe move the battery back (add weight or put the battery portion of the stick in the rear)

Do these one at a time but start with tires.

i would definetly put my front shocks in the center on tower outer on arm. i tried the inside on the tower and it really made the car fold onto itself and do what you are describing also try this set up http://www.petitrc.com/setup/kyosho/...ne20121127.pdf i think it would be a great base for that track
i'd also like to say i been running my car at least twice a week and this car really never ceases to amaze me love it
