i noticed that too. the losi 55's are really responsive to oil changes. 2.5 weight is really noticeable where as my drilled 55 where still good but a LITTLE less responsive and a little soft but i'm still playing with my set up.

I noticed an immediate difference on the positive side. The car still rolled like it should but also soaked up the hard landings. I'm tempted to try the 2 holes in the front too but I like this set up so well I'm afraid to change it.
I tried 2 hole 1.6 up front today. It was late in the day but it is close. AE BB pistons are the same diameter but about .01" thinner. Just use a .2mm shim and tweak the c-clip a bit and it is snug. I'm doing this until K blanks come in.
Anyway, Made laps with 30wt losi w/pink felt a tad over sprung but not bad. Next was w/32.5 losi before practice shut down and it felt better. Will try AE 32.5 pink and 32.5 losi w/gold springs next. Maybe a starting point for ya to get close.

Thanks for the info. I will be trying this set up at trackside later this week. I'm anxious to see how this set up works on dirt that is a little less sticky.

Hi Guys,

I bend my front hinge pin brace due to bad landing and getting a new one. But amian list the following:-

1) KYOUMW519GM - Kyosho SP Front Hinge Pin Brace (Gunmetal)

and

2) KYOUM720 - Kyosho SP Front Suspension Plate (Type-B)

The (1) stated as 1mm thicker. The (2) is the stock RB6 plate. Thinking of getting the (1) since it is 1mm thicker . My question is, will it fit the RB6? Anyone using them?

Another thing, is the front bumper shown below the same as the RB6 front bumper?

Look in your Manual it will tell you the exact part numbers you need.

I dont see why not. The RB5 bumper screws are the same distance apart.

I guess it depends on what you're hitting, although I'm a bit dubious on whether or not it will save your steering rack...

No it will not, the distance between the holes is 1mm different.

since your shopping online, I'd recommend strongly looking for your Kyosho parts on Speedtech. i don't work for them but am a fan of fast shipping and excellent customer service, and better prices.

http://www.speedtechhobbies.com/inde...roduct_id=1818

its only a $2 difference here but compare other aluminum upgrades and there is a huge difference (hubs for instance) take a look...

Amain has 10% off over all orders over $100 today. That makes a RB6 just $404 plus shipping.

StormerHobbies also has the RB6 discounted down to $420 plus shipping.
